Why it matters

In New Jersey, lead-safe is the law. Not a maybe.

Rental units have to be certified lead-safe and re-inspected on a set cycle. Miss it and you are looking at fines, failed municipal inspections, and units you legally cannot rent. We keep your whole portfolio ahead of it.

Certification is mandatory

Most NJ rental units must carry a current lead-safe or lead-free certification.

Re-certify on a cycle

Certifications expire. Properties get re-inspected on a recurring basis to stay compliant.

The cost of skipping it

Fines, failed inspections, and vacant units that cannot legally be rented.

Straight answers

Lead inspections and remediation run statewide across New Jersey. Maintenance, punch lists, and unit turns cover South Jersey. Not sure if you are in range? Send the address and we will tell you straight.

The state sets which test applies based on the property. Tell us about the building and we confirm the right one before you pay for anything.

Inspections run $125 to $150. Competitors with political connections charge $300 to $600 for the same certification. Same result, fair price.

Remediation removes the lead hazards an inspection turns up, verified by a clearance exam. Abatement is a separate, heavier process. If your situation calls for one over the other, we point you the right way.

Send the property details and we share open inspection times right away. For high-volume property managers, we set up a standing schedule.
