Side by Side started on the property side of the business: lead inspections, remediation, and the maintenance work that keeps New Jersey rentals running. Drew runs that operation day to day, and he built the newest arm of the company on top of it: a home renovations division serving South Jersey homeowners.
His design work centers on kitchens and baths, planned before demo day rather than improvised after it. Alongside Madison Side, who manages renovation projects end to end, he brings the same habits the property side is known for: straight estimates, documented work, and no chicken-scratch invoices.
